The policy
If Recast does not do what you need, email support@demoforge.video within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We refund in full to the original payment method. No form, no reason required.
Why so simple
The trial is a full-featured 7 days — enough to record a real walkthrough and export it. Anyone who buys after that should keep it. If you bought by mistake, we would rather refund than argue.
After 7 days
We do not refund outside the window, except where the software genuinely fails to work on supported hardware and we cannot fix it. In that case, contact us — we will make it right.
How long it takes
We approve within one business day. The money usually appears in 5–10 days depending on your bank or card issuer. Gumroad handles the transaction as merchant of record, so the refund shows against your Gumroad purchase.
Licence after refund
Refunded licences are deactivated. Your recordings are unaffected — they are local files and stay on your machine.
